The old California and Western Railroad used to run between Hwy 101 in Willits to Fort Bragg to haul lumber. Some time ago the tunnel between Pudding Creek and the Noyo River collapsed. Now days you can catch the world-famous Skunk Train only part way to Willits. The views traveling along the river through the redwood forest and have a great meal before returning back to Fort Bragg. Unique personal rail car trips are available also. I have not posted any photos of the trip itself yet. Please check back. The historic Company guest house is now a museum with many interesting photos and exhibits to enjoy Fort Bragg's past history.
